Lessons Learned

Over a century later, the Titanic Disaster still offers a valuable lesson in history and the human experience, specifically apsirations and failure. It is important to remember that each passenger was someone with a life, a family, and a dream. For some, the voyage was another glamorous trip to the United States. For others, stepping onto the ship meant a new beginning. As a society, it is important to analyze historical events not only to discover their impact, but to keep the memories alive. The ship may be rusting in the bottom of the Atlantic, but the story and the people live on.
